Quiet Moments
From being a victim of torture and throughout the process of healing I've used the prescription in Quiet Moments. The healing power of this practice summoned itself during a quiet moment at 7am in the morning of 8th of May 2023. It was a moment endowed with awe. I immediately wrote it down and therafter began the process of designing this card, which now is avaliable in digital and physical editions. Quietude is in itself a healing mechanism because of it's chained effects in i.e. your nervouse system. This recipe gives you a guidance to that, and embeds relevant questions. Avail your self with proper duration of time, over and over again .. For beginners: choose the slideshow first, and thereafter progressing to the three folded card, and thirdly the two folded card, until this one is enough.
